The The Arducam 5MP OV5647DS PTZ Capable Camera for Raspberry Pi 4/3B+/3 includes a zoom controllable camera and a control board that is capable of controlling an additional two RC servo motors for pan/tilt control (RC servo based pan/tilt system not included).

The control board and camera are meant to be easily connected to a Raspberry Pi, and the HD camera offers excellent focus.
